Yuri Ouweneel MSc,
Head of Business Development, VT Group, is responsible for the
development of new business, management of current commercial
activities, stategy and brand development. He has worked for VT for 3
years.
In 2010 he was nominated for Port Talent Rotterdam, an award to highlight upcoming innovative talent in the Port of Rotterdam.
May 2011, together with Niels Groenewold, CEO VT Group, he received a
business development award from Emerson Process Management for R&D
of the Micro Motion® Certified Marine Bunker Measurement Solution (flow
mass meter system).
Previously Yuri was responsible for the Panama bunker division of the VT Group and held numerous non-profit positions within university and government related organisations.
Yuri has a
Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration
from RSM Erasmus University and a Master of Science degree in
Entrepreneurship & New Business Venturing from the Rotterdam School
of Management.
