Cancellations received after this time cannot be accepted and are subject to the full event fee. Substitutions are welcome at any time however. 3) This course is an active programme, including trips to various sites . The organisers cannot accept any liability whatsoever for possible accidents or injuries, neither are they responsible for loss of goods. 4) It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and or timing of the programme, or the identity of the lecturers. In case an event is cancelled, Vergo Consultancy bvba are not liable for any cost incurred by attendees in connection with their attendance. 5) The contract and terms are subject to Belgian law. 6) Participants will receive a confirmation of their booking. In case this would not be received, please do not hesitate to contact us on +32 484 168 780. 7) Full payment of the course fee will have to be into the account of Vergo Consultancy bvba within four weeks after subscription and in any case four weeks prior to commencement of the course, whichever date comes earlier.
